1830s PONTILED 3 MOLD RIBBED WITH RINGS CONDIMENT BOTTLE BOSTON & SANDWICH GLASS

Description

An early 3 mold blown ribs & rings condiment bottle from the 1830s that was blown at Boston & Sandwich Glass Co or possible another New England glasshouse.....Hand blown in 3 part mold.....rough open pontil scar on bottom....crude flared lip rolled in slightly around top edge....clear....round with vertical ribs and 5 rings around neck....4 1/8"tall...Sparkling attic mint condition with no chips or damage. A shiny clean bottle with no haze....About as nice as you will find!  This scarce early bottle comes from an old New England estate collection
....We just cant keep everything, so after 50 years of digging and collecting we have decided to part with many of our bottles (to make room for more..haha)...so keep watching our listings as many rare treasures are being found!
