1890s ANTIQUE MEN'S NATIVE AMERICAN CROW INDIAN BEADED DECORATED HIDE MOCCASINS

Description

Antique Crow Native American Moccasins. Circa 1890-1900.
Men's hide and hard soled beaded moccasins dating to late 19th Century to early 20th Century.
The set shows an Indian tanned hide construction with harness saddle hard soles with appropriate foot worn patina. The tops of the moccasins show a whimsical geometric pattern, often seen on Crow Indian pieces of the period, all done in glass trade seed beads.
The beads are in colors of greasy yellow, light blue, black, and rose. The set shows a medium angle with original hide tie straps. Each measures 11"L by 4.25"W by 4.5" ankle.
