Canadian issued
by General Steelwares G.S.W in Nr Mint Condition with light wear. This Rare thermos is also the match for the Super Rare Canadian Mountie also issued by General Steelwares. G.S.W was a very small Canadian Company that issued lunchboxes for 2 years in 1960-61 in
very small #'s
compared to the USA competitors such as Aladdin, American Thermos, Adco Liberty etc.. of that time. In fact all the lunchboxes they issued are very sought after by lunchbox collectors & as Rare as the lunchboxes are the matching thermoses are twice as Rare as sooo few have survived as if dropped they broke & were thrown out... A
