    Description

Late 1800's produced "Sweet Bye and Bye" perfume was made in a beautiful hand blown teal glass, as such, some irregularities are natural.  This adorable 3 and 1/2 inch tall item was
made by or for Tappan perfumery in New York
and was a popular gift 120-130 years ago.  It was enjoyed when empty as a decorative piece you might find anywhere in one's home.  The cap feels heavy, possibly pewter and is in great condition. A small bubble appears, not unusual for hand blown glass.  Threading under cap also great condition, as is bottom of lantern.  All wires present and some wear and tarnish are present under nickel plated base.  Please see label, as it is partially missing, still would make a sweet gift.
