    Strand of sixty-one selected ancient carnelian and jasper beads sourced in Mali.
    Beads of this kind coming from Djenné excavations are dated from the 9 to 13th Centuries. Most of them were made in India and traded to western Africa and Asia by Islamic merchants. Some may be african-made.

    Collectible and useful as jewelry supplies.
