Antique BIM Pressed Quilted Waffle Smelling Salts Scent Bottle Near Flint 7972

Buy with confidence. I haven't listed on ebay in several years but have been selling here since 1998 with this and other shop names.
2 15/16'' clear bottle in a fancy pattern, possibly near flint glass era. Glass has lots of tiny white inclusions which would be typical for pre 1870s but probably not much later.
Flat base with impressed star is also an early feature though whether it's US made or European isn't something I can distinguish.
Diamond pattern with waffles in the diamonds. Ridged sides, paneled shoulder. Mold seam ends just before the lip.
Waffles are mostly clear on one side, almost nonexistent in the middle 4 diamonds on the other side.
Beautiful and in excellent condition. May have slight cloudiness inside at the ridges but it appears to be scrapping off with a paper clip. Otherwise, a clean and clear bottle. No chips, nicks, flakes or cracks.
Part of a group of bottles dug or collected in northern New England in the late 1960s.
