    Description

    Very crude & rare 1879-1885 wax sealer jar, blue/ green - aqua color.
    This bottle was made by the Southern Glass Works in Louisville, KY.
    Marked on bottom S.G.W. Lou. KY (very rare & difficult to find).
    Has applied lips and very
    prominent bubbles, tear, seed, etc.
    Measures approximately 9.75"H x 4.5"W
    Half Gallon (2 Quarts). Weighs 1lbs. 9.2oz.
    Other than 2 very tiny nicks along the outer lip,
    this bottle is in excellent condition for age.
    Very nice addition for the antique bottle collector!
