Antique Chinaman figural Clothes sprinkler bottle made by Cleminsons in Poland and I believe this is porcelain china. What a cool item and very utilitarian to sprinkle clothes with water prior to ironing. The item measures 8 1/2 inches in height; approximately 2 1/2 inches across. There is one small chip at the waist as shown in pictures; however, barely noticeable—otherwise pristine condition. Very interesting conversation piece.
