Antique Etched Flower Leaves Shoe Boot Bottle & Cork Stopper

Hi, This is a 5-1/4" tall glass bottle that is etched with a flower, leaves and a high top shoe or boot. Had the cork stopper. Is hard to make out the bottom but looks like WT&Co, 1868 B. Not positive, but think that's what it is. No chips or cracks, but inside is a bit cloudy.
