Antique Salt Glazed Stoneware Whiskey Jug.  This jug was in our barn loft and since our home was built 1768, I am assuming that this piece has to be from the 1800's. There is no maker's mark. I believe that it is a one gallon jug with applied loop handle. Has a mottled rusty reddish-gray glazing and measures 10" tall x 5-3/4" across the base.  A little teeny tiny chip on the bottom (photo 10) - no other cracks or repairs.  Please view all pictures for validation of condition.
