very good minus condition.... for its age:

very secure, some spots/ dirty

-  very good - no splitting but small amount of loss to the oiled cloth

tips
- very good / some wear
inner hinges
-  both taped with 1st or last page - both shown
pages
- very clean - only few small spots/ toned edges
writing
- there are a few blank pages that was meant for the owner to fill in their own recipes, and these are filled in -
14 pages of BONUS RECIPES!!
rips /folds
- a few of each, plus apx 7 small margin chips, edge wear to the first few and last few pages [see picture 12] / title page has tape all around the edge [ both front and back] and has been taped back in both front and back /  another leaf is taped both front and back [ both shown] / 1 small patch bottom edge
other:
- a sturdy book, I suspect the page that was taped to death has a gem of a recipe on it! Don't forget to check out our other books,

-this book is very old and may have accumulated bad smells along the way [musty basement/ mildew/ smoke] - I have found that dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference! some of my books get sold right away so please consider using this trick before deciding to return it!  As far as I can tell -this book has no bad smell.
