IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
"Standard" Shipping includes Tracking and/or signature required. It is not cheap.
"Economy" Shipping does not include Tracking, or signature requirement. It is much more Economical, especially for a single lower priced item. HOWEVER, Economy Shipping is completely at you, the buyer's risk. It is not insured. You are completely responsible for any loss or damage for any reason including theft.
I try to keep shipping costs down to reasonable levels I myself would pay. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary greatly depending on distance, weight, and service level. I will use Canada Post whenever possible BUT I

charge full "Standard" cost for tracking service for any purchase over 0 CDN, or for any purchase the buyer requests "Standard" fees or tracking.
