Use this therapeutic sheet just prior to exercise to prepare muscles, after exercise to assist in recovery, or leave on overnight (after introductory phase*) for best results. The particles reflect your horse's own body energy, creating a soothing far infrared thermal effect. This effect may increase blood circulation, which in turn helps your horse's muscles stay loose, recover and become less inflamed.For optimal results, the Mesh Sheet should be used anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight. The fabric never loses its effectiveness even with repeated washings. This sheet secures with two chest buckles and two cross belly surcingles.
