    Description

For sale here is an early, antique, scarce, clear, rectangular shape, paneled, blown in mold, cork top with ringed neck, sewing machine oil type bottle from Buffalo, New York. This company primarily made soap products so unusual to see a machine oil by them. The bottle is embossed LARKIN / CO. / BUFFALO faintly on the front. Also embossed MACHINE OIL on both sides. Likely dates to the 1890s. About 4.5 inches tall. There is a ding on the heel and a small ding on the front panel above the L in Larkin. Also a tiny hit toward heel, a tiny chip toward the front shoulder below where panel starts, and a tiny flake/flea bite on lip. Some haze. May need some better cleaning. I did not clean it. Sat in a collection for years. Displays well overall. Please review photos before bidding/purchasing. Please feel free to ask any questions and check out my other items. We combine shipping to save you money. Also local pickup an option. Shipping to 50 US states only. A neat and unusual Larkin bottle, I do not recall seeing another one of these before. Thanks and good luck.
