Description:
Presented for your consideration is this pair of early antique moccasin shoes. The Native American/Indian shoes are made of brown leather with black velvet-like material lining the opening of each shoe and a teal cloth trim around the top. On the top of each moccasin is a gorgeous glass beaded design. The design appears to be of a flower and is done in light blue, clear, and amber beads. Around the flower are two sets of borders. One is done in pink and white beads while the other is done solely in white beads. The beads are sewn onto a navy blue canvas-like material that also serves as the tongue of the moccasin. Each moccasin is completed with a ribbon style tie at the front. Interior is lined with light pink fabric. These moccasins are guaranteed to be old. Look to be all original as well. These neat moccasins would make a great addition to any Native American memorabilia collection! Great to use for a play or film costume!
Some tearing and fraying is on the ties and around the turquoise trim. Some wear and staining is on the bottom of each shoe. Typical wear from age and use. Overall in GOOD-VERY GOOD condition. Sold as found. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Unsure as to what size the moccasins are. Each measures 10" long, 3 1/2" wide at the widest point and 3 1/2" tall.
