First Day Cover of Scott's #985 3¢ Grand Army of Republic August 29, 1949, Indianapolis, IN.
Postcard will be mailed as a letter by the USPS in a cardboard mailer. First day cover will be enclosed in a protective sleeve. If you desire tracking or have multiple orders, please pick USPS first class package for your shipping option.
I do ship internationally but shipping cost will need to be adjusted based on location. This can be done in two ways. International letter which will cost approximately .75 to mail. If you desire tracking (available to certain locations) or you have multiple orders, notify me and I can mail by international first class package. Shipping cost will be based on location.
