    Description

    Roman checkerboard bead
    Date: 1-3 century
    Mosaic glass
    Folded (the seam is clearly visible) from fused together 3 section of the same complex mosaic cane. Manufactured in several stages, complex mosaic cane consists of square-in-sections sub-canes, placed around a center.
    Intact, good condition.
    Height 11 mm, diameter 14 mm.
