    This shell is the largest and heaviest you will ever run accross. I bought this shell about 35 years ago. It was discovered off the coast of Japan. It measures 28+” wide x 20” from front to back and 11+” in height. The shell in its thickest part is 6 “. Compared to the others on eBay, this shell is far older than any other. I cannot lift this shell. It weighs at least 125- 150ponds. It is in real good condition. There is a chip in the front but does not distract from its appearance. See pics. This item can be used to ice down wine or champagne, serve seafood ,shrimp, or crawfish. A great centerpiece for your guests.
