    Description

    Interesting figure of a King Lion perched on a pedestal.  Not wearing a crown but Mane dressed out with curls around his head and rising up along his back.  Has a smaller animal; which I assume is a Hyena; trapped beneath his one foot.  Base is dark black stone, unknown whether Marble, Granite, what have you.  Figure stands approximately 6" tall which includes the thickness of the stone base.  Base is a 3.5" square and just over 1" thick.  Total weight prior to packing of 2 lb 14 ounce.
    Marked Magrino and hallmarked and stamped 925 on back side.  From my research the figure itself is 925 Sterling but is layered over top a resin core.  That is what is indicated by the RGR45 stamp.  The 45 is supposed to give the quantity of how much silver was used in the figure but I don't know for certain whether it is coded or should be read as 45 grams.
