Description

A hand blown pontiled cobalt ribbed toilet water bottle that is an identical replica that looks exactly like the originals from the mid 1800s.....hand blown in 3 part mold...rough pontil scar on bottom...hand tooled flared ring collar.....ribbed pattern with ring around shoulder....cobalt blue...5 1/8"tall....round....Sparkling mint condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle with no haze. The only way I can tell this is a repro is the letters MFA faintly scratched into the glass next to pontil scar. I've got 1840s originals in my collection and you can sit this one beside those and not tell the difference!
