Antique Victorian Cut Glass & Silver? Doubled Ended Perfume Bottle/Smelling Salts.Approx. 140mm long x 25mm diameter.     (5.5 Inches )   A Lovely pretty little bottle. Both ends  are a screw top. I am not sure if the ends are silver or silver plate? They are not hallmarked.Great collectors item.  Please see photos for condition, as my vintage items are sold as seen
Smelling salts were common place in the victorian ages as proper higene in the era was not so readily available as it is today. Women often use to faint, and smelling salts were very common at the time as women would often faint especially in public social gatherings like going to the theatre where large groups of people would come and gather together.
