Features heavy steel hardware including quick release panic snaps on hock straps with a pulley center. Fits average Miniature horse. Use with caution and proper supervision. Horses can lose balance, fall, rear, or jump when reacting to hobble pressure, potentially causing injury to both horse and handler.
