The exception to this is if I make a mistake with the product I will accept a return. If there is an item that you need to return, please contact me so that I can make the proper arrangements for you to return the item. Refunds:Refunds are given when the item is received and checked. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned unless I made a mistake.
